they liked him from day 1 but they were a big THROWN because I had just gotten out of a 5 year relationship with someone COMPLETELY OPPOSITE and I do mean COMPLETELY!!!!!! so they weren't used to him and took a while to get used to the fact that he is quiet.. when my ex was a loud mouth etc. but they always thought he was polite and wonderful.... and as they got to know him they LOOOOOOOVED HIM MORE AND MORE.. now he is totally part of the family.. my grandmother refers to him as her grandson.. my dad EVEN LOVES HIM.. which is HUGE ![]()

They Loved him from the beginning , i think its because they hated my ex, (after we broke up i went into a complete n utter depression, i wouldn't eat and cry myself 2 sleep every night.. )They were just happy 2 see me smile again.

I think my family liked him. I KNOW my sister did, she was and still is obsessed with him. I know it took my brother a while to warm up, like a year or so! But now he likes him and so do my parents. So all is good!!!!!!!!

My poor FH, his first time with my family was thanksgiving! He's so easy going that he just fit right in and my parents stopped telling me to 'slow down' and 'not rush' into anything, as they had for EVERY other guys I brought home! The most nerve wracking event was the inlaw meeting...which went over better than anyone could have expected!

that happened to me... I went to FHs house for the first time ever... and it was for his dads bday.. granparents, parents, and brothers with GFs were ALLLLL there... It was a little overwhelming, but I guess if i can get through that with a smile on my face i can get through anything!

My sister liked him. My parents have actually only met him twice since we live far away, and the first time I think he scared my mom off with all of his tattoos! I think they are warming up to him though since they know he takes such good care of me ![]()

Oh here we go for a long story. I knew FH since high school. We were both from different crowds. He was gothic and I was 'normal'. We were friends back in the day and we both liked eachother but none of us knew until we started dating in 2003.
Anyways, he cleaned up and doesn't wear the black and trenchcoat anymore. But, he has a few tattoos and earrings... But, he came over to my house when we first started dating. My mother is Cuban and very old school. She looked at him and looked at me and said '3 earrings Michele?????' LOL, FH laughs at this story. My parents always liked him because he is the sweetest person but my mom is used to preppy and clean cut boys. LOL. Oh well. She loves him now and is very happy we are getting married.
