SOOOOOOO The holidays just passed. FH and I have been living together for a year now and we both come from very tight knit families....Now that were on our own its very hard for us to figure out how we will spend the holidays and whos house we're going to for what holdays because the families act like babies and dont take it well if we EVEN MENTION NOT SHOWING UP....
Did you and Fh dicuss how you will be spending holidays? How did you decide who's house you will be going to on which holidays or how you will be splitting them?

Well my FILS live ouside of the country so FH spends the holidays with my family....

argh!! this was a problem... cause FH mom thinks he should just be there for everything and not leave!!!! argh!! anyway
Thanksgiving - we are going to alternate years (this year we split it and his mom didnt think we were there long enough sooooo a new plan for next year)
Christmas Eve - my parents
Cristmas Day - FH parents
Easter - alternate with Thanksgiving...
I FEEL YOUR PAIN - Last year we split thanksgiving and my mom was annoyed lol

Fh spends the holidays with my family since his family isnt really big on holidays.
