Cute question! I think our wedding would be a lot smaller in size and details... up until a year ago my FH had never attended a 'NY wedding'. He's from CT and they do things VERY differently there. Things that are 'normal' to us here in LI are unheard of in CT. He would be satisfied with much less stuff, but I know it would still be beautiful. He's been a big help through all of this and I couldn't be more thankful to feel like it's OUR wedding. :)
I try explaining to people what a Long Island wedding is like... and they don't understand it. lol

My cousin got married in Arkansas. People were dressed in jeans, and the reception was cheese and crackers in the church gym followed by an all you can eat dinner at kfc. Talk about culture shock!

My FH would plan for us to go to the justice of peace and have a small dinner with our parents.

This question just makes me giggle, but I love it!My FH loves to do things last minute, so I can only imagine how he would pull the entire thing together lol. I could totally see an iPod for the DJ, his cooking for the main dish, and so on!
Thank goodness for us ladies!

Love this question!Hmmmm....
If he had it his way, he would have the islanders be his groomsmen, it would probably be video game themed.. The colors would probably be green and orange, and everyone would be wearing gym shorts... Our food would be burgers and fries, but mostly desert...and the whole thing would start super early and end super early because he's always tired :)

hahaha I'm sure it would be held at the Caesars Club at Citi Field because he's a huge Mets fan. Mr. Met would be there and L&B would provide the food. Spumoni for dessert along with something with chocolate & peanut butter!Welcome New Vendors
