I think he participates enough, he says I have OCD with wedding planning so I try not to bother him with every tiny detail.

FH is very involved and I like it. We have the same vision of our day so we see eye to eye on most things. He is my little Groomzilla and I love him for it

I'm happy with how much FH participates in the planning. He's pretty laid back and thats the way I like it.

I'm really happy with how much fh participates. Yes it gets a little aggrevtaing when he doesn't like my ideas but it's OUR wedding so i'm happy that he contributes

I'd rather do the little things on my own... but when it comes to negotiating FH comes in handy!! He negotiated a better price on our RH and he will be contacting all of our vendors because he is much better on the phone than I. His to do for this week is to contact FM Entertainment for a showcase/appointment!

He is pretty involved right now with helping to make all the decisions... I just wish he would make decisions faster... hahaha

I've said this before but my FH is a total GROOMZILLA..........when we would look at reception halls he was like....'I don't like the carpets or I don't want the curtains in those colors'

It was such a PAIN IN THE A$$......but I love him and we are EXACTLY the same so it works out.

I like that he is into it but not crazy like me. We have agreed on everything so far. I want him to be apart him planning our wedding but also let me do the things i want to do. So far so good lol.

My FH is very involved in the planning and I love it! It both of our weddings and it should be a joint effort. He is incredably busy but he still has found time to help!

i wouldn't mind if he came w/me to more appts for vendors and stuff like that. but for the most part, i really enjoy doing all the research and planning and getting to pretty much do whatever i want, lol.

We've made every decision together and it's been great, we have very similar tastes and we really have similar visions of what we want our wedding to be like in mind. He's been really great and really involved, I wouldn't want it any other way.

same here - we are both equally involved....he should be - he's paying for most of it!

FH and I are planning the whole wedding together and I love that! It also helps that we have very similar tastes.

I'm really happy with how much FH participates. I usually do all the reasearch myself, which I prefer because my mind just wanders when I'm looking for ideas. I'm sooo indecisive!! So I'll bring all my ideas to FH and he'll let me know which ones he likes out of all the ones I've picked...and he's really honest and he knows what I like better than I know lolz..so it's really helpful. I feel him back away a little when the financial part comes up..he feels like so much is on his shoulders but I completely get how he feels..I just wish he didn't feel all the burden!

I think FH participates a lot but leaves some of the biggest balls in my court, like choosing the photographer and stuff like that.

at the beginning fh was REALLY involved in the planning. he was making suggestions and helping pick places to make appointments. but we have different taste so we would argue over stupid things like colors, or flowers, etc. he quickly realized that its more important to me what color the dresses are, or what kind of flowers we use. so now fh is involved to a point. if i ask him to do something, he does it no questions ask. but if i ask him, which centerpiece do you like better he goes 'whichever one is cheaper and you like'

i'm happy with his particpation. he is a busy boy and can't see all the wedding things like i can. he also trusts me with the most of the decisions.

I love him not helping out as much. When I do ask him to help it is just problems. We both love our vendors but, he wants more and more and we are in a tight budget. He keeps saying how I am getting everything I want and he isnt. Yes I got every vendor I wanted but, having to cut corners and not going with big packages. I also didnt even get the invitations I wanted for $90, I got them cheaper for the fact of the budget
So this is when he becomes a pain in the A$$ . He just never sees that I cut all corners to get what we have to keep under budget and still have a great wedding.
P.S. I am the one who handles ALL the bills, even his and we dont live together . So he doesnt see the reality when it comes to money, ever!!!!
