***QOTD 3/12/14***

Hi Ladies!Today's QOTD is NWR and kind of an easy one... PETS!!! Do you ladies have pets with your FH? Did you get them together or did one of you bring them into the relationship? I feel like getting a pet together is like the test run before actually having kids... at least for us LOL

We have a cat, her name is Fidget :) We adopted her from Bide a Wee back in 2009, after the SPCA found her in a tiny run down house with over 50 other cats and dogs that were all mal nourished :( she was such a tiny little thing, we had to wait like 3 months to be able to bring her home bc they couldn't spay her until she hit 2 lbs! I swear FH loves her more than me and is he had to choose one of us it would be her haha! But she really is our baby as silly as it sounds...

I am trying to upload a picture of her but it wont let me keeps saying its too big :( but she a black and white 'tuxedo' cat, with big green eyes and a while line going down her face.

We have four cats!!! Church, Woolfie, Pumpkin, Swiffer!i always loved cats and at first FH he wasn't use to them! now he is so attached to them and they LOVE him!!!

Since we currently don't live together, we don't really have a pet together. But when we do move in together, my doggy will be moving with us! FH loves my pup tho so it should be a smooth transition.

We adopted together our dog Herbie! I totally know what u mean that's like my son!! I was really scared at first but he has brought us so much closer. I think fh would choose him over nee too!! Lol we have had him for 2 years now we got him when he was 2. We adopted him from a rescue out in Shirley that had changed names now....poor thing was left abandoned in the Indian reservation, the rescue found him trapped under a quad!!! Now he has the life of a long we spoil him rotten!!! He's the most lovable mushy pitbull that lets us do stupid stuff to him lol

We have a Siamese cat, her name is Molly. She thinks she is a dog, she will play fetch and annoys you until you feed her. I got her as a graduation gift from my parents, and when FH and I moved in together Christmas 2012, we weren't sure that she would be able to come. FH is highly allergic to cats, but she won over his heart and he jokes around with me that if we ever split up he gets to keep Molly. (He takes allergy medicine on a regular)

Me too! But I've had dogs my whole life, I have to remember to wash my hands immediately after I pet them other wise I'll be crying all day! My eyes get real itchy!

He cuddles with her buys her toys and treats..lol it's ridiculous haha I also have a toy Pomeranian named kiki and a 17 year old chinchilla named dusty that I brought to the relationship haha. I Tried uploading photos but it wont let me...I have had a lot of trouble viewing this website lately anyone else?....

No pets for us right now. I am a HUGE animal lover and am dying for a puppy and kitten, but our apt doesn't allow pets. So we have to wait until we have a house. I told my FH that we are getting a puppy before we have furniture! haha

I adopted my kitty a few years before I met FH. I am a crazy cat lady, but FH is VERY allergic. I have to clean like crazy before he comes over and he loads up on allergy meds. Should be interesting when we move in together ;) Her name is Hannah (she came with the name, I call her Hannie)...she is super shy but such a love bug, she is my little baby!!!

If your FH is as allergic as mine, maybe see if he'd be willing to go to the allergist and get an injection. FH is allergic and lives on allergy pills. Plus your kitty is long haired, that might make it difficult. :(

We got a puppy about two years ago together, his name is Hank. This is my FH's first pet so he was super excited to get one. We had planned on waiting until after we got a house to get a pet, but we met Hank and he stole our hearts! We are even trying to encorperate him into the wedding somehow - maybe in our Engagement pics which we are going to use as Save the dates!

2014 crasher...

We adopted our dog Lucy together. We were together for all of 5 months when we got her, she would go back and forth between both of our homes until he moved into my place permanently. He jokes around that if not for Lucy I might've broken up with him a few times

Yeah, we will have to look into shots. Definitely want another one in the future haha. I will be switching to short hair though, these long fluffy kitties are a lot of work!!!!

2014er crashing because I love to talk about my pet

FH adopted me a kitten for Christmas in 2012. We had moved in together 5 months prior and it was the longest I had ever lived without an animal and I hated it! I wanted a dog (still do, and we will get one after we get a house), but the moment FH sent me a pic of our new baby, I was in love. His name is Comet, and he is the most spoiled animal in the world! FH is actually allergic to cats, but he got used to him pretty quickly and spoils him just as much as I do!

We have a doggy! FH got him when we broke up for a while (we joke that the dog replaced me lol). Bentley is a 90lb boxer and he is 4 years old :) I've never been a pet person. I never had pets growing up, but I love our Bentley.. Slobber, farts, and all!

Wow he doesn't look 90 lbs Herbie gained some weight hrs 80 now!
