QOTD 4/20

Happy Easter! Hope everyone is having a great day w this beautiful weather!

My kast QOTD has to do w holidays. How do you and FH do the holidays ? Do you alternate or split? Are your holiday plans going to change once you tie the knot?

For us, we tend to alternate holidays but it usually works out okay for us . For example my family does a huge Christmas Eve and his fam doesn't. So we go to my moms on Christmas Eve, and then open presents w her on Christmas morning and then celebrate Christmas with his family which is gear Bc his sister has 3 kids and it's so fun yo celebrate Christmas with kids around.

We plan on continuing this when we get married except once we have a house we can't wait yo host our own holidays!

QOTD 4/20

We split almost all of our holidays except for some that are cultural. Christmas Eve is my house(huge night for Hispanics) and Christmas night is at FH house. Thanksgiving is almost a sport, we go to both houses!! We are both very family oriented, one of the reasons I love him so much, so we decided early on to split holidays.

I'm Jewish and my FH is Christian so that makes major holidays really easy! Mothers day and thanksgiving we do at my house because his mom passed two years ago so things changed in his house a lot. Fathers day we will split the day.
