Seems like QOTD is up for grabs - sorry if I step on anyone's toes today.
Our anniversary is coming up next month and just 2 1/2 weeks before the wedding.
I was wondering if anyone is planning on still celebrating their original anniversary date after they're married. I'm sure we will do something to commemorate the day for a few years. It'll feel weird for a while to not acknowledge such a major date for us but I guess after the wedding it might feel different. Happy Sunday Ladies.

We still acknowledge our 'Monthversary'. At midnight on the 25th of each month we say Happy Monthversary and then it's an excuse to do something special lol.

Our wedding is going to be 9 days after our 3 year anniversary. I like that the anniversaries are near each other. So now we'll switch from the 19th of June to the 28th. Not too bad! We tried to book our wedding for the weekend before, so our anniversary would be just 3 days after out dating one, but it turns out that that is Father's Day and also a bunch of HS graduations/prom weekend, so the 28th it is. Plus we like that we're getting July 4th as part of our honeymoon! One extra vacation day we don't have to take. Last year for our one year anniversary we went to the same place we had our first date (a local, historic bar) and then went out to a fancy restaurant. This year we're going for a vacation to the Dominican Republic! I can't wait! :)
