Happy Friday! I know there was a previous question asked about what type of style you would like your wedding cake to be, but today's question is about the flavor! If you haven't already, what flavor would you like your cake to be? Multiple flavors/layers? Just one flavor? If you already chose your cake, what flavors did you pick? I'm not really a 'cake' person so I think it's going to be a tough decision for me! I think strawberry shortcake would be delicious..and maybe some chocolate mousse!

I was thinking combination cake as well. maybe strawberry cheesecake/ chocolate mousse or something fruity with vanilla. have long way to go so I will be making that decision next summer! oopps I meant FH and I LOL

I am not a cake person as well but if we can have red velvet that is what we want with vanilla

I am totally a cake person...lol I'm also Dominican, although FH is Italian/Ukrainian we are going to have a Dominican cake. It's super sweet and the frosting is a merengue, usually a fruit filling. Clearly I've put a lot of thought into this cake.

I'm not really a cake/dessert person, so really whatever the FH prefers since he has a MAJOR sweet tooth. Unless it can be a Carvel ice cream cake...then I'm all over it.

I'm an ice cream person all the way. But me and my FH love cannoli cake, so we'll probably end up choosing that.

Cannoli and chocolate is all my family ever has at weddings. I would like something different. FH hates cake so I'm hoping we can find something he will st least enjoy for when I feed it to him!!

My favorite cake would be cannoli but I'm not a huge cake person. I wish I could have ice cream cake at the wedding instead!

Carvel cake is the best!! Lol that would be an awesome wedding cake!

We are most likely going to do different flavor on each layer. One of our choices will most likelly be chocolate cake with cannoli chip filling! yum
