Fh and his mom have a few issues, but regardless he loves her and he does most of the things she asks, but usually not too happily because he feels she takes advantage. He doesn't treat her as good as he treats me, because he enjoys doing things for me..lolz those are his words not mine

For the most part this is true... But his mom is 100% Irish.... so she's a LOT less laid back then I am... lol

I would say that if he treats her badly, it could be a sign -- especially if she's not deserving!!

But, it's not necessarily the case if he treats her well he'll do the same to his Wife. If she 'Mommy''s him alot, then he may expect that of you too!

Generally, though, if there is a healthy relationship, not overly close or overly estranged, then I would say that's 'normal.'

I just hope my FH doesn't think that if he takes my car and sneaks out at night (like he did his Mom's when he was 16) I'll be as forgiving!!!!
