Easiest was photo and vid, my mom found them online when she was looking for places that use glide cams!!!!!!! I love glide cam videos, they are amazing. We met and we clicked immediately!!!!!!!!
Hardest was definitely the dj, OMG we had full blown arguments in front of some of the Djs, so embarrassing. We would fight over how many guests would be dancing to Italian/American music and who would be dancing to West Indian music. The dj would ask how many guests that were attending were West Indian and I would answer not that many and FH would get POed !!!! Then we would ask djs if the knew West Indian music and they would say 'just put the West Indian music on a cd that you like and give it to us.' FH wasn't having that, he wanted a dj that really knew his music, which I really don't blame him for. So finally, we picked a dj which is a world dj and really knows the music!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank god that is over with!!!!!!

I would have the say the dress was the easiest so far. We found a dress and then bought it soon afterward and we were under budget!

easiest has been flowers (ie just dont care! lol) the hardest was the band ( i just want them to be PERFECT!!!) the surprises have been price of our hall (thought it would be outta my league) and the price of flowers (holy sh*t!)

i have found the whole process very easy...My FH is a DJ so he knew someone, we have friends who own a florist, and a friend who does video. So alot of my decisions were made before even getting engaged. I think the hardest will be my dress...I hate clothes shopping.
