QOTD 6/3/08

Good morning all my beautiful 09 brides!! I hope you are all having a great morning so far and that you all have a great day either at the office or running around!!

Here is today's question:

What is the one specific aspect that you saw when you walked in your RH that took your breath away and you just knew you had to have either your ceremony and reception or just your reception at that particular location??

I would have to say it was the view from the ballroom. That stone balcony and looking out onto the rolling course outside is just amazing!! We saw it when it was covered in snow and I pray there is some snow on the ground for our big day! Not falling snow just decorative snow haha!

I would have to say the draping from the ceiling where are cermony is going to take place. It was so romantic looking.

WELL I LOVED EVERY BIT OF IT REALLY. IT WAS THE PERFECT LOCATION FOR A WINTER LOVE THEME. ALLOF THE FIREPLACES & CHATEAU FEELING OF IT WAS PERFECT BUT I REALLY FELL IN LOVE WITH THE ROOM! BEAUTIFUL!

I loved the marble staircase when you first walk in. And I loved that the room had nice carpets and a nice ceiling. No chandeliers or murals (just not our taste). And the nice garden area for CH. Overall it was everything we wanted.

I first the the room we chose for the first time at a bridal showcase they were having so it was decorated like a wedding reception. it looked AMAZING!! plus I LOVE the idea of our grand entrance coming out from a glass elevator out of the floor! I'm soooo cheesy i know but i cant wait!!!

my RH is so homey and it gives off a really chill vibe...it reminds me of my BF's(not FH again...yet ) parents house with old wood and stuff like that (its an old mansion) and i recently went there to pay our 2nd installment and it was set up for a wedding and let me tell you...i would do many things differently, but i was so beautiful i started to cry!! (maybe i was upset that im not re-engaged yet...but it was perfect!)

I loved the patio area for the cocktail hour! The outside was so pretty too, and the room was the perfect size-very open and airy!

EVERYTHING! The landscaping. The new construction. The hisrtory. What I mean by history is that both of my Sisters' married there. Plus, FH and I had our first date there at my Sister's wedding.
