I have a small BP (2 BM, 1 MOH) and they're all excited. My BMs are very busy so I don't often talk to them, but they are definitely excited, although they don't always ask about it.
My MOH is absolutely THE BEST EVER!!! She thinks about my wedding a lot and is always emailing me random things about it 'Have you thought about this?' 'Here is the name of the limo service I used for my wedding, they were really great!' 'When can I go with you to see your dress, I'm so excited!' I could not have asked for a better MOH!!!!

I have alot of BMs (9) so I knew someone would eventually get on my nerves. One BM was late to my Engagment, late to my engagement party, and just not that interested in the wedding itself. I plan on doing it all back to her when she gets engaged. lol I'm horrible but I'm a sucker for revenge.

not yet! lol.. but i also haven't asked them for much yet.. so far they all liked the dress i picked out, but i haven't gotten to the point of actually ordering yet..

we are allll such busy ladies...some are more intrested then others and thats fine... but my MOH is AMAZING!!!!!!

For me it is my sister. She is my MOH and for whatever reason she really seems like she could care less about the wedding. She hasn't really helped with a single thing and shows no interest and whenever I mention it to her she just keeps saying 'You have well over a year, stop rushing everything.' So I really just ignore it. She is my sister and I love her. And it's not that she is being negative it just seems that she really believes I'm rushing the planning. But I guess that is how she is... very last minute about everything... I just kind of wished she seemed truly excited like all of my other BMs do....

I have one like that...its not that shes not 'supportive' per se its more that she is lazy and uninterested. I knew she was going to be like this bc she was the MOH in one of my other BMs wedding and did nothing while i basically slaved away at DIY projects for my friend (putting stickers on tins, stuffing invites, putting candy in tins, making cocktail hour cps etc). So bottom line is I knew she would s@ck and even though I havent asked her to do anything yet i expect nothing so i dont really care..i also cant wait until her wedding so i can do nothing
EDIT: I almost forgot...my MOH actually did ask her to help her tie ribbons on some bubble tubes my MOH bought me and she said 'why would I want to do that'

I would probably sit down and talk to her. If she still didn't do anything, I would KICK HER OUT!
Luckily I haven't needed anything from my BMs yet. When I do, I know they'd all be more than happy to help!

they're not really doing much but I have not ask them to do anything except go dress shopping so far. I can do most of this stuff on my own and not having a good wedding so its fine...
