So my inspiration for today's question is family. My FH has a huge family. He is one of 8 children all of which are married and have kids. So I am walking into 14 FBIL and FSIL and 24 nieces and nephews.
So the question is:
Think about FH ENTIRE family. Who is you favorite soon to be relative?
For my it is two groups. Out of my FBIL and FSIL. I am most excited to call Jaime and Lori family. They were the first set of in laws I met and they are super sweet and super fun. They are the picture of what I hope Ivan and I are as a married couple with children. I am also excited to be an Aunt. I have no nieces and nephews on my side of the family. So walking into 24 nieces and nephews is so cool. I love them. They range from 1 year to 28 (my age).

My favorite is probably FFIL. He's like a 20 yr old trapped in a 50 yr old body.

My favorite is one of his cousins. FH and I are from different cultures, races, and religions - this one particular cousin was the first who just came right out and accepted me and took me under her wing from day one. She and I get along great and she's offered to help me out with any girly wedding stuff that is Indian-inspired that I might have questions about - and she has a newborn and a 3-year-old, so that's a huge offer to me!

Hmm that's a tough one. I love all of FH's family, but there are also things that drive me crazy about them.
I'd have to say it would either be FFIL, because he's just a lot of fun, or FBIL because I've always wanted a brother. I also love FSIL to death because even though I already have two sisters, they're much older than me and FSIL and I are much closer in age.

hmmmm....this kind of makes me sad....FH is realy getting more of a loving family then I am....he really has no family and his mom has some issures with me (i am almost sure it is bec i am catholic and come from a big italian family!)....Out of everyone though..his father....

I really like everyone I've met in his family, but my fave is his Aunt that lives in Georgia.

I have to say I think I lucked out! I love my FH's parents and his brother and sister-in-law! and I am really close with one of his cousins - I asked her to be a bridesmaid

well FH is the youngest of his siblings (by a lot) so he has 15 nieces & nephews that are VERY close to my age! A few of them are really fun - they actually go out and know how to have a good time (the rest of his family don't drink)... so that'll be fun to acquire 15 nieces & nephews (5 step nieces & nephews too)...

FH's brother and his wife, they are very similar to me and we get along so good, they are just a fun time to be around

w/all of their issues I really like all of them. FH has a small family and I like them all very much. lucky I guess. FH is getting a very warm and in ur business family and he is very excited cause their family isnt like that at all. win-win for all I guess

well i really feel very lucky b/c FH's family is very small but loving and have always treated me as if I was one of them. I am excited to be related FBIL, i always tease him that we are BFF's. We have a good relationship. Ia m also super excited to be related to FH's cousin, we share the same b-day (yr also) and we have a lot of similar traits. I asked her to be a BM.

Thats an easy one. It would have to be my FBIL Sarken. He is awesome. I love hanging out with him. We get along very well people always kid FH and ask him which brother am I marrying again?

I think it would be one of FH's 7 siblings, lol, so my FBIL (i am an only child so this is HUGE for me). He is just so funny and can make any situation a good one. Also, I dont have any nieces or nephews so I am happy to be an Aunt to like hundreds but especially the youngest, his 11 year old little smarty nephew.

Great Question!
FH has a great family, but his aunt (FMIL's Sister) is my absolute favorite! Plus, she has the BEST kids and grandkids! She has always been really sweet and kind to me and is always asking me to come over in the morning before work and have coffee with her!
