I asked everyone differently. My MOH I asked when I called to tell her that I was engaged and 2 of my bm's that I've known since I was 5 I sent flowers to with a heartfelt message (had them both in tears). Others I just asked in conversation.

I bought each girl a bridesmaid champagne flute and took us all out for 1 hr foot reflexology. Everyone had a great time and the place gave me a great price for bringing 5 ppl at once.
I have one out of town bridesmaid so I just asked her in person the last time I saw her.
