Well I never believed it but in these past few weeks I realized that the saying is true, “You don’t really know someone until you’ve lived with them”. I thought that being together for 9 years would have taught us all we need to know but amazingly we’re still learning new things about each other…..
So, what I want to know from you is, are you and FH two peas in a pod or complete opposites?
FH and are complete opposites in so many ways but I think it works because we balance each other out. At the same time, we value the same things in life like spending lots of our time with family and friends which helps to keep us connected.

We are very similiar in the fact that we are both really laid back people and not much bothers us (me, not so much lately lol). We are both very happy-go- lucky people. He is MUCH more quiet then I am at times and isn't as outgoing.
I don't think we're total opposites with anything.

We are pretty much total opposites - but, we balance each other out perfectly! Plus, we are also in to the same things and activities...so that helps too!

a little of both. we don't live together but when we do stay together after a while we tend to drive each other a little nuts LOL well mostly me... like how he makes a mess of the bathroom when he brushes his teeth i am sure we will bicker about that stuff when we live together. but we are also similar in a lot of ways as well.

Like they say opposites attract! But I need that, I am more high strung and my FH is really laid back and calm - We balance each other out perfectly!
But with things in life like goals and family life and what we want for our future, we are very similar.

ummm opposites..
im very high strung, type a, perfectionist, neat freak, organized fh is very laid back, gets things done but doesnt freak out about them, messy, unbelievably disorganized
we balance each other though-he calms me down, i tend to force him to get things done

It's funny cause my mother thinks FH and I are totally two peas in a pod and basically each other's photocopy in the male/female sex...yet I don't see it. I feel like we are a mixture of both same and different. FH sometimes drives me nuts cause he does things so differently from me! Maybe that's a good balance though!

Great question, FH and I are pretty opposite actually. It works out well for us. I am the quiet one, he is the outgoing one. I cannot make a decision for the life of me, and he is definitely the decision maker, well except with certain wedding things, I have to make those decisions or we would have a wedding with no flowers or other details besides food and music ! I guess opposites attract in our case

FH and I have been together for 8yrs and we are definitely complete opposite. But I guess that's what keeps us together. We love that we are so different. I do believe that opposite attract. Is more exciting. I think we are perfect for each other he makes me laugh and I give him headaches lol.

umm... Prob we are right in the middle. We have the same life goals...kids, house the way we want to raise our family & the type of financial life we want to achieve.
We differ in our political stand points. He has a lot more 'street smarts' than I do, in the past 4 years I have def learned a lot from him!!! I think I am a little more open about things than he is and he has learned that its ok to talk about things openly in a relationship.

we are opposites attracting for sure. I am very verbose and he is quite. He tends to be passive and I am a go getter. If we were like each other one of us would have been locked up for killing the other. Since we have gotten our own place it has never been more evident lol!

I think we're similar but different, if that makes any sense. We're similar in our long term, big-picture goals, like kids, family, etc. I am the quiet one in my family so was always used to being so. Compared to FH though, I would be considered high strung. He is very patient and outgoing. Again, thought I was really patient until I met him. He is just very laid back. We are both organized and love to do outdoorsy stuff. We balance each other out.
