Today’s QOTD proves that I’ve been watching a little too much WE tv lately:

If David Tutera was going to take over your wedding, what is the one thing you’d ask him to keep in your current wedding plans?

Honestly, although I am happy with all the choices we’ve made so far (even though I second guess everything all the time lol), I’m sure I could easily be just as happy with whatever gown, BM dresses, venue, flowers, etc. that DT would choose for me. However, I would not want to change anything about the ceremony. I am writing it myself (except for the readings--and Jason’s vows, of course lol) and that is the most meaningful part of the day for me. Although it has been hard to write, and I have made like 100 revisions, I would not want to leave that job up to anyone else.

I would be fine with any changes he would want to make, except for the color scheme. I'm not too attached to anything, but I do really like purple and gray so I think I would want to keep that element

I'm not super picky about a lot of elements of my Wedding, so I'd be like go for it lol.

I would want to keep my Venue (love love love it) and my Groom. lol Anything else is fair game.

I haven't booked anything yet, but if we really go with the venue we're thinking of, I wouldn't have him change that for the world!

I would like to keep the Church we're getting married in. I love my dress but if he wanted to change everything that's fine but keep the Church!

Side note to this question -I saw David walking down Broadway and literally almost said hey, like I thought I knew him. It's weird but I guess I thought we were friends in my head!

Oooh I love David! I used to tell my FI (even before he *was* my FI) that I wished David could do our wedding. My dream wedding would be one in Disney by him, but the prices are insane!!!!

I haven't picked everything yet, so right now I wouldn't mind any changes he wanted to make. I love our venue, but if he was to suggest a bigger, more sparkly one, I wouldn't object

He's actually really nice--or at least he was when I dealt with him about 7 years back. He used to buy concrete planters from a pottery company I worked for. I had no idea who he was--only that he had good taste and liked to spend a ton of money (we were so overpriced for our 'high-end' pots) lol. When I saw his TV show, I nearly died!

Kad does that mean your FH is an option to change :LOL:

My venue and my music.. It was the first two things we picked and we are very happy with our choice!!!

I would definitely want to stick with my overall vision, wouldn't want him to do anything too grandiose since that is not our style. A simple and intimate wedding is what we want. Anything else, he can feel free to change.

If I signed up for the show I would be open to him changing pretty much anything. I trust that he would be able to pull my vision off after seeing 395,039,509 episodes of My Fair Wedding! Lol.
