Yeah. Would definitely change it. There was no ring, no pre-thought, just 'We should get married'. Took off from there. Now that I think of it, technically that's not even a proposal since there was no 'will you marry me'! He's getting a kick in the shins tonight.
Hey, that is almost like mine. He said , 'You know we are going to be together for a long time, so we should get married.' he show that ring to my mom and ask he if it alright but never ask me. So I know how you feel. Would I change it no, but that's he is. he can be romance in everything else, but the proposal.

Re: QOTD 9-17
I would have changed it, but only because it didn't work out the way he wanted it.........he was going to propose to me during a trip to PA with the rest of my family......however when we got there, the 'resort' my mother picked, turned out to be a complete dump......(smelly, old buildings and a lake that looked like Lake Springfield from the Simpsons Movie). anyway, he told me that when he saw the way that lake looked, there was no way that he was going to do it and showed me that he had the ring because he was afraid to leave it in the room or car because the whole place looked sketchy. needless to say that i cried that whole weekend knowing that my proposal was ruined. he then tried to do it at central park, (we went into the city on the way home from PA) but that didn't happen because the skies opened up and we got completely soaked. he ended up giving me the ring in my bedroom when we got home from the weekend, with me crying about how much i hated my mother for forcing me to go to PA that weekend.
sorry it was so long

I wouldn't really change it. I thought he was going to propose during the summer when we went camping in NH. He was joking around that he was gonna do it on top of Mt. Washington (that would have been nice! lol). But he took me out for a night on the town and said the most perfect thing ever when he proposed that I really wouldn't change anything.

Re: QOTD 9-17
i wouldn't change a single thing. he put so much thought and effort into it and it showed! on top of being in the most 'magical' place (Disney), he got down on 1 knee and all.

I would say no just because the way he did it is soo him, very laid back. i think if he would have done something over the top it would have been weird because it isn't us!
