Good Morning ladies. Being BOTW is fun but a little hard to come up with some fun questions that haven't been asked a million times. What is the most ridiculous/fun/unnecessary thing:
1- on your registry (be honest)
2-that you have seen on someone else's registry
1- Doing our registry was difficult since we live together and don't need much. FH also was more vocal than expected and giving him the password might have been a mistake
He added (6) Stainless steel ice cubes at $24.99
2- On other people's registry, some of the fine China I think is overboard. My MOH made a comment, her cousin's china is $200 a place setting and mine is $90. I think you need to be realist and and willing to purchase it if necessary. I would not spend $200 and I don't expect my family and friends to.

We tried to be good about what we put on the registries because we have been living together for almost 4 years already and have tons of stuff and not a ton of room since we are in a 2 bedroom apartment. That being said the silliest and most unnecessary thing my fiance let me add were both small but still silly... a terracotta garlic keeper, and corn holders. Of course we got both at the shower but didnt get a few of the things we really wanted and could have used haha. Oh well!As far as other peoples registries I have definitely seen tons of stuff I would never use or add. There is always the beer brewing kit someone's FH adds on or the 'margarita machine' thats really just a blender.

I havent fully 100% registered yett but,1. The most redic thing on my registery is prob the hot dog toaster. I am a vegiterian so I would not use it but FH insists that he is going to make hot dog and hot dog buns in this toaster. EW lol
2. I havent really had to many people get married before me so I am not sure.

1. I still haven't registered! There won't be anything ridiculous bc I really want people to give towards the honeymoon instead. FH and I have lived together for quite some time and have most of the things we need.2. I see it a lot and I don't understand why everyone registers for wine refrigerators. I just find random things on a registry to be a waste. You may get the wine fridge instead of pots and pans or something else you might need everyday. You can always return, but who wants to lug stuff back to Bed Bath and Beyond?

I'm not sure we have anything crazy on our list.. however my family thinks the fact that I put a shower curtain (that matched the bathroom stuff we picked out) was ridiculous because we aren't living together yet and who knows if we will need one when we find an apartment.. My answer to them is... There is this thing.. it's called... RETURN! lol..The most ridiculous thing I've seen on someone else's registry is a 'marshmallow shooter'... why on earth do you need that...
(sorry to anyone who has it on theirs lol)

Most ridiculous item is my $1,200 spa in a box'I don't actually expect anyone to get it for me it was just the most expensive thing in the store and its funny so I had to add it. My family was expecting it
I think fine china at $200 a pop is crazy wI agree w above post, if you wouldn't buy it don't expect your friends and family to

We have basically nothing, so i tried really hard to keep our registry practical, but FH registered for two things i think are ridiculous: a hamburger patty press, because really, how hard is it to shape burger patties, and a big glass beverage dispenser, because we'll have no place for it in whatever apartment we wind up in. Neither are expensive, but i think they're kind of unnecessary.I have to say, i don't think I've seen anything too crazy on anyones registry, but i agree some of that china can be way overpriced

1. I put an Ipad on there because I wanted to see if they would let me buy it at a discount after the wedding. I didn't expect anyone to get it for me and so far no one has.2. My cousin p ut an $80 gravy boat on hers. I said to my sister 'if we ever go to her house and she doesn't serve gravy she's dead!'

1. A soft serve ice cream maker with dispensers for toppings- FH tells everyone how much he wants this ice cream maker. I have to admit it is kind of fun.2. MULTIPLE colored vases ranging in price from $300-$600.

We don't need anything. So when we did reg. on almost everything I said ' really? Do we really need that crap' on our website. I'm going to write ' money is best, but if you wish to buy stuff.go for it' we also reg at target so if we find we really don't need stuff we can bring it back and buy chicken pot pies!!!Welcome New Vendors
