If you could have anyone deceased or alive, attend your wedding, who would it be and why?
I would have my Papa Joe be there. He passed away in 2002. I never thought he wouldn't be there to watch me walk down the aisle. I know I can't have him there but a part of me feels he will be watching over me that day. I also wish he would have been able to meet my FH. I just know he would have loved him!

My Uncle Michael. He died of stage 4 brain cancer in 2003. He was my mother's only living relative (her mother died when she was in high school, and her father a couple years later). He didn't have any kids, so growing up he was like my second dad. My entire family took his death really hard, and it still upsets me that he won't be there on my wedding day. Although I can say without a shadow of a doubt I know he watches out for me every day. He is my guardian angel.

I could add so many people to this list, but I would say my grandmother and my FH grandmother. They both meant SO much to us. We both lived with our grandmothers growing up and their love made us the people we are today. Unfortunately, FH never got to meet my grandmother since she died in 2002... I was lucky enough to meet his spunky grandmother before she got sick and passed away.... Their memories will forever be in our hearts and we know they are looking down on us with love and happiness!!!

If i could only pick one person it would be my grandmother. She was the best and FH never got to meet her.

FH's dad who passed away in 2000 and all 3 of my grandparents, especially my Pop who just passed away in September.

Hands down, I wish my father was still alive for my wedding. I'd give just about anything to have him here to walk me down the aisle.

I wouldn't want to pick one because I do wish my Grandmother to be ther but I would pick my Papa (Dad's Dad) he was the one who nicknamed me Princess. To this day I get dreams of him and I know he would be very proud of who I am today and who I am marrying. I am having Bag Pipes (from the organization he was a drum major in) outside the church I know they will ll be there i Spirit but God I miss him and all my other loved ones.

I would want my grandpa to be here to watch me get married. He was so excited about having me get married and unfortunately never got to meet FH or my Son. I know he loved them dearly and always asked about them. He passed away on 4/12....3 months short of the big day. I know he will be watching over us on that day......

My Uncle Jerry we were only 12 years apart so he was more like a brother to me and he promised he would walk me down the aisle. He passed away from cancer 4 years ago at age 3 and right after his first wedding anniversary that is why i am going to PR for my honeymoon because that is where he went and loved it I promised him I would see it (even though I was afraid to fly. I would do anything for my uncle.

In the beginning of the month, mom and I went out to Calverton to visit my grandparents. I balled my eyes out b/c they won't be there. They never met my FH, and I just know they would love him. My Papa and FH would've gotten along so well!! It breaks my heart!
