One thing to consider with being a chef is the crazy hours. A teacher has much better hours.

I know that was one reason why I didn't do it!

I wish I had gone to culinary school. I have always wanted to do something related to cooking/baking. I thought about starting my own baking business, but the thing is the hours are crazy and you need start up money and don't see a return for a while.
