QOTD - Sheets 101

i thought this would be interesting & helpful for the Brides to be.

Curently i have 320 thread count 100% cotton
Its very comfy & airy.

Sue got a very soft one at her shower i cant remember the name

any other tid bits abt sheets to add??

Jersey ones pill after a while???

We recevied sateen at my shower and so far they have been very comfortable through a few washes.

I got some 400 thread ct sateen sheets that I registered for at BBB and they are amazing! So soft and comfy!!!!

Oh and I am highly allergic to dust & dust mites. So I have to wash all my sheets in HOT water. Some of the higher thread ct sheets say NOT to wash in Hot, so make sure to read the labels before you register for or use them if that's important to you.

OMG! I LOVE good bedding!! That is one of the things I splurge on.

I almost cried the day that Fieldcrest went out of business!

I used to buy Royal Velvet (275 TC pima sheets) and I swear they feel like SILK! And they get softer everytime you wash them. I have 400 TC sheets that do not compare to the softness of my Royal Velvet sheets. I still have quite a few sets…. but I don’t know what I am going to replace them with in the future!

Egyptian cotton is extremely soft and nice! FH loves the jersey sheets and flanel sheets. lol

They were BEECH (thats the name of the material). i LOVEEEEEEEEEE them (we have the same ones )... its sooo soft, but nice and airy as well. Not really a tip... just that those are my faves
