i met a few

Lucy Lawless (when she was in Grease)
Richard Gere (he was snotty)
Gary Marshall (sweetest guy in the world)
most of the DJs on Z100 (does that count?)
sang Karaoke w/ Cuba Gooding Jr when i was in Portland ('Party like its 1999'.. horrible song, but i loved every minute of it )
i did shots in a bar in dublin w/ the girls from The Coors
Adam Sandler (hug, kiss and conversation)... we were extra's (suezboss too) in Anger Management
saw Woody Harrelson there too.. but just waved from afar lol
Marissa Tomei (i was like 10 and they shot Jungle Fever in my neighborhood)
Dee Snyder in IHOP by stony brook a couple of years ago

oh and last night we saw Reggie Tongue (from the NY Jets) in Target (guess he's on the lower end of the pay scale if he shops in the same places as Me)

Met the Rightegeous Brothers at Westbury Music fair when i was like 10ish
I babysat a couple of years ago for an actress and her husband was a producer (she was in The Mens Club)- they were the most awesome people!!!
i had a Kennedy kid in my camp group when i worked in East Hampton (still not positive if he was from THE kennedys... but it was in the hamptons ) lol
and a bunch of the kids' parents were published writers... not super well known though (well, they didnt sound familiar to me anyway )

I met mathew perry a few yr's ago at chelsea st I didnt even know it was him until my cousins husband came out of the bathroom and told us he was next to him at the unrinal and then later on I met him
met debbie gibson at a tiffany concert at westbury music fair got her autograph
back when i was real young my unlce was a cop for the city and we would go to the thanksgiving parade and he would get us behind the scenes met they cops from chips,the cast from sesame st when mr hopper was still alive met him .
thats about all my brush with fame my sister met jackie kennedy at an art museum.

my friend used to work at KB, and he was returning a playstation... and my friend looks at him and says 'we're not gonna take it'

I went to school with Tyler Francavilla who was on NBC's Happy Family.
I know Billy Joel's sound manager.
I met Christy Brinkley (sp?).
And my boss's brother has a part (speaking and all) on tonights Law and Order.

Oh and I will be indirectly related to John Franco when I marry FH.

I've had a few celebrity brushes (actor, actress and sports). The only two that stick out enough to write about is:
Charlize Theron - absolutely BEAUTIFUL and very sweet

Rob Thomas - met at JFK airport. I am a HUGE fan of his and I noticed him standing 2 feet away from me with his wife. They both fussed over my two nieces who I was with that they both go nuts every time they hear him sing on the radio. They met him 2 years ago and you would think they speak to him everyday!

The whole cast of friends - David Schwimmer about a million times ( we are cousins)

a few other people through my cousin over the years but no one really special that stands out.

Okay, this is possibly the most pathetic one here. It's not even a brush with fame, but I just wanted to participate. The only times I have ever seen any one famous (besides for being at a concert and seeing the band live), are:

When Weird Al Yankovic did an autograph signing at Sam Goody. I didn't get his autograph because the line was very long. Plus, what would I do with Weird Al's autograph?

When Jordan Knight from New Kids on the Block made an appearance at the Broadway Mall. Only problem was, this happened like 5 years ago, which was about 10 years after NKOTB, and I actually still went, just so I could see him!!

In high school, the marching band was in the Colombus day parade. I was in the last row, because I played the piccolo. The float that was right behind me, had Joe Pesce in it.

And that's it. Boy, am I sophisticated.

I worked with Tyler's father Steve for many years and Tyler worked with us for a few months also.

I met Samuel L. Jackson, he filmed Shaft in my parking lot at my old job and he wouldn't even let us take a picture with him, he was very rude, and I walked right past Vanessa Williams, boy does she look different without makeup!!!

I met the band 'Fish' in like 7th grade
I met Melissa Joan Heart at six flags
I had dinner with Sylvester Stallone.
I met and picked out lamps with the woman who played Tony sopranos sister. Cant remember her name for the life of me.

ETS: I forgot my best friend in school was cousins with John Stamos. He came to a birthday party once. He was still on Full House at the time but soooooo cute.

WOW some of you guys have met a ton of celebrities!!!

Just wanted to follow up w/ a pic of my friend w/ Nick Lachey & his brother. She ran into him in front of her office bldg in the city. Isn't Nick so tasty?
