Going to my RH yesterday got me really excited (again) and I thought 'wow. I'm getting MARRIED here'. Every day it sinks in a little more! That being said, today's question is.............
If someone had told you that you were going to eventually marry your FH on the day you met, how would you have reacted?

My FH and i met at a bar, and the night we met I was definitely not interested, nor did I think he was serious! If someone told me we were going to get married I would have laughed I think!

we both thought we were gonna marry each other the night we met, so I definitely would've believed that ...we just never told each other that for a while haha

When I FIRST met FH, he was already married, so NO WAY did OUR marriage ever cross my mind. I remember thinking how adorable I thought he was but definitely would have never believed it for a minute! It's unreal how life steers you all those years later.

Ha we met at a bar too and after us hanging out for a month I was expecting him to drop me....little did I know, we went the opposite way. lol

Good Question.
When I met FH I had given up on dating and love altogether. I honestly didn't think I would ever get married but FH had such an impact in my life that all of that changed within weeks of knowing him and he relived all my dreams and desires to one day be a wife!!!!!

I first met FH at work, so if someone would've told me that I would've laughed and thought they were nuts

Yes and No. The funny thing is I have always said that I knew that it was my last first date but I never said that I knew I was going to marry him (he has said that though) but I guess it is kinda the same thing!

Someone did tell me that two weeks after fh and I met, we weren't even officially dating. I told her she was nuts....

I met FH like 4 years b/f we actually started dating. I met him while i was vacationing in Mexico. FH is younger than me and I never thought I would date a younger guy. So if someone said that to me when I first met him, I would have definently laughed soo hard and not believed it.
When I first met FH he didn't believe in marriage at the time. Alot had to do with his parents past, so I would have never thought he would want to get married at all or that we would be getting married next year

FH and I were set up and I had just gotten out of a bad relationship so I was BITTER and not looking for anything serious, so I would have probably had a panic attack if someone had said we were going to get married, but on the other hand when I met him, I knew he was the type of guy you marry and not just date, so I'm a lucky girl

Umm yeah I would have told them they were on crack!!!! Way way way back in the day my FH was friends with my ex boyfriend and I had become friends with his girlfriend at the time. Even years and years later after we were both broken up with them we were friends and I never thought we'd be together. Thankfully FH was presistant and kept trying for like a year for us to be together, and I finally caved in and so happy I did!

FH & I met at our company holiday party in 2007- I don't know how I would have reacted, I would have probably laughed/giggled becuase I was pretty drunk (lol)

we were only 14 so im sure i would be like REALLY!?!? BUT, on the other hand, once we met we literally became inseparable, and it was like being apart was never even an option!!!

If someone told me that I was going to marry FH I would have believed them. FH and I were friends before we started dating. We had so much in common and everyone at work was pushing for us to be with each other.

This! I had online dated forever and was really not even looking when FH wrote me. I had recently purchased a co-op and renovated it exactly how I wanted it, since I was going to be alone and live there for 10 yrs. Welllll notsomuch! lol

I had gotten out of a crazy relationship a couple of years before I met FH and was just dating around since I never really did that before. FH was just another date and boy to have fun with. I stringed him along for a couple of months before I caved and agreed to be his girl. If someone said we would be married, I would have giggled and changed the subject.

Ha good question! I would have not believed you! The first time i met FH i thought he was kind of a jerk! We had spoke through email a few times before we met (I was working with his band trying to book a show for them and he was the one i was setting up everything with) and i thought he was super nice when we spoke on email, but when we met for the first time he didn't say two words to me! Turns out he was just super shy <3

If you ask him, he will tell you, he knew the second he saw me. If you ask me, I'd say I trusted him as far as I can throw him. I had just come off a relationship gone bad and guy when crazy psycho. I was anticipating that he would do the same, so my wall was up for quite a bit lol
