What was the WORST present you ever got from a significant other (from FH or otherwise)?
Side note – Are the QOTD supposed to be wedding related? Bc I’m having serious issues thinking of questions that haven’t been asked already!

My ex (many years ago ) got me a bra and panties from VS. They were both too big. (The panties were a size like extra large and I asked him exactly how big he thought I was I was 102 pounds soaking wet back then). I came to find he really didn't know what to get me, went to VS with a female coworker, and got the size she wore.
ETA: The same guy once gave me a gold ring with pearls (which I loved because pearl is my birthstone). I was wearing it at his house a little while after he gave it to me and his mother goes, 'Is that my ring?' We broke up not long after.

Wrost present I ever received was on Valentine's Day when my ex and I were on the verge of breaking up. I was hoping things might turn around being valentine's day and all well he showed up home with one of those $1 fake flower cheap thing. And said Happy Valentine's Day with a nasty smirk on his face. I took it out of his hands and smacked him with it... He deserved it!!
HAHAHAHAh i would've done the same thing too well deserved :)
As far as getting anything horrible.... MY FH is my first boyfriend so i've never gotten anything bad from him.

I hate perfume, which I have told FH before numerous times (apparently he wasn't paying attention). Last year he went to Zurich and he brought me a gift-perfume. While it was nice he brought me a gift, I am a bit annoyed that he didn't listen, lol!

hahahhahah FH one year got me a leaf blower for christmas,I open it and the look on my face must have been priceless b,c he was like you know its for you and your family for when you do the leafs, I was like ohh thanks babe loll. I know he meant well so I felt soo bad

Me ex was good for getting me bad gifts. One that stands out was a necklace. Yellow gold chain with a yellow gold charm that read 'I'll Never STOP Loving You'. The charm was in the shape of a stop sign. Um... thanks.

I've never been one to beat around the bush....so when it comes to gift giving holiday's.....I'm BLUNT!! When I was in HS....I wanted one of those I Love You nameplates so I showed him pics of a small white gold nameplate with the chain attached....on VDAY...I got a small box with a yellow gold BIG CHARM!
It sounds kind of snotty....but I was so effing specific!

my worst present ever was when an ex tried to surprise me with a horse and carriage ride in the city for christmas...little did he know i am deathly afraid of horses and refused to go anywhere near the horse.... we ended up just going to dinner and hardly spoke the whole night... i should have known the relationship was doomed from there !!!
