***QOTD - Wednesday, September 15, 2010 ***

Since I have food on the mind right now and have no clue what to make for dinner anymore, what's everyone's favorite meal to cook? What's FH's favorite meal you make?


My favorite meal to make is chicken marsala, it's quick and easy and everyone I make it for loves it. FH's fave meal I make is turkey chili with mushrooms and onions...it's not really chilli, it's more like sloppy joes, but he loves it.

I like to make sauce. I crush the tomatoes and the whole nine yards. My grandmother taught me and I absolutely love to do this every other sunday (i freeze some of it).

FH Likes when I made beer-battered chicken or baked ziti.

Chicken in a creamy wine sauce. YUM.

By the way, it's Wednesday.

ahh me too! I make fresh sauce and meatballs every Sunday...mmm.....

FH likes when I make sauce...he also likes my white cheddar meatloaf (holy yummy batman!) and chicken francese.

He BBQs....but thats it.

I made a cheeseburger meatloaf once. It was actually really good and it makes a great dish for kids..lol

its chop meat, onions, mayo, ketchup, mustard (usually a tsp and 1/2 each), bbq sauce, bacon bits, shredded cheese, you cook it for about an hour, and maybe 10 minutes before you take it out, i put 2 slices of american cheese on top as a decoration.

tastes just like a cheeseburger without the bun! lo.

And i got this from our wonderful butter lovin friend; Paula Deen. LOL.

I love when I make sauce... (FH says 'gravy' cause there's meat in it)... pasta and garlic bread.. can eat it every day!!

FH loves my Linguini in white clam sauce... He wants that as his 'first meal as a married man'.. lol

I love making sauce, but FH doesn't really eat pasta so

But he DOES love my chicken / veal parmigiana, coconut shrimp, lamb chops, beef wellington, honey and brown sugar ham, potatoes au gratin, spinach artichoke dip, baked beans, and roast beef.

I love making pasta - any kind, plain with tomato sauce, with veggies, baked, lasagna, anything!

FH loves when I make baked ziti with grilled chicken. It's one of his favorite meals and he's always so happy when he comes home to it I made it the other day and we're devouring the leftovers!

I just noticed....I've been fighting with FH ALOT this week....guess I'm wishing the week was over

I love making my famous 4 cheese eggplant parm! A lot of work, but soooo yummy! I also enjoy making my homemade cheeseburgers (cheese inside burger) and FH loooooves my burgers. He likes my eggplant parm too, but LOVES it when I add chicken parm to it and layer it.

FH also loves my chicken divan and chicken francais.

my favorite meal is cornmeal fried shrimp with cornbread pankcakes...

DH's is Cheesy meatloaf and mashed potatoes

I LOVE making breakfast, especially pancakes and omlettes. Breakfast is my speciality!

DH likes it when I make fajitas and tacos.

I'm pretty good at making desserts! YUM!

I've made oreo balls and chocolate covered cheesecake bites. They are pretty good if I say so myself.
