QOTD1 February 6

YES! we met when i was being tutored in accounting by a friend of mine. i left not knowing his number. fate was definitely trying to tell us something when we met up again (an accounting major and a marketing major) in a chemistry class!!! after class was over, i still didn't know how to reach him. i ran into him on campus and he brought me to lunch... after lunch i went to class still not having exchanged numbers with him and i was SOOOO upset because finals were over and i didn't know how i was ever going to find him when i got out of class, there was a note on my windshield, 'hey bonnie, it's pepper........' and he left me his number!!!!! i called him that night because i was sooooo happy that we were in touch and we have been inseparable ever since!!!!!!!

I totally believe it was fate....

I just happened to be searchin AOL profiles for the key words of my town and he just happened to be online at the same time so i IMed him.... not thinkin much of it ya know? Funny thing is that he used to live in my area but was really in LI instead but for some reason, he kept the old hometown in there... Odd right? I'd still like to go back to that day and see what i said to him though...

And we've had soo many obstacles to overcome... I can honestly say, I've actually matured with him... And then when we broke up for a couple months, I was seeing someone else and it just 'clicked' one day that he was the one for me.... I consider that my 'light bulb' moment of how i knew he was the one!

i love the 'light bulb' moment. That was me when I realized that I wanted to be with fh... and admit we were together... lmao.... it was a strange click within a second...

there were some weird coincidences between us that would lead me to say yes, we were destined to meet. our father's both died when we were young, and he was the exact same age as my brother when it happened. we later learned of mutual acquaintances and situations in which we could have met much earlier. i'm forgetting the rest, but that sort of thing.

if we weren't destined to meet, i'm sure glad we did anyway.

YES!! He use to live in Hauppauge and my family was going to buy a house there but wound up buying in Ronkonkoma....but we were always doing our shopping and stuff in Hauppauge. Then he moved here but we didn't meet until 9th grade. His schedule was messed up so he had to have it switched and he got switched into my math class...and then we met and we have been together ever since.

I feel like we were destined to meet each other. We met on an internet dating site and to think that millions of people are on site everyday and we clicked on each other. i like to think the higher powers, aka. fate, played a role.

ooh i have a story about this...it might be a little hard to follow, but here it goes
My bday is Dec 5 and his is Nov 29 (he is a year and 6 days older then me). The district I went to school in had a cut off date of Dec 1, therefore, he MADE the cutoff date and I MISSED the cutoff date. This would have made us 2 school years apart from one another, and in my district at the time you changed schools every 2 years (except for elem school but we werent in the same elem school so that doesnt matter). Because of this, we never would have met.
BUT...
My mother lied about my address since the school wouldnt let me in and she felt i was ready to go to school, so in kindergarten i went to a different district (my grandparents district, so we used their address) whose cutoff date was Dec 31, therefore I made it and started school a year early...FH's parents held him back a year which they do with many boys bc they take a longer time to develop cognitively and whatnot, and therefore we were in the same grade and met in 9th grade and have been dating ever since...point of that story, we never should have met bc we would never have been in the same school, but both of our parents did things they werent supposed to which made us be in the same grade and allowed us to meet. Phew, that was long and drawn out...sorry ladies!!!

sooooo cute......i love that movie...i have it on DVD

I absolutely do....fh Never goes to bars (he used to be more into clubs)..The nite me and fh met I had just gotten out of a BAD relationship and I swore to my friends that I wasnt gotten give my number or ne thing for a LONG time ....Im hanging out at the bar and I see fh and i was like woah lol....he saw me and kept trying to talk to me ( i actually ditched him 3x) ..I came back the 3rd time and he was gone and then 10 mins later he came back to get me for a shot and that was it loo(fh was at that bar meeting another girll who he wasnt clicking with at all so he ditched her for me) i didnt find that out until the next day .....
