Re: Question..

there are plenty of people who will be upset as my wedding nears. our rules of thumb was if we hadnt spoken or seen them in at least a year then they arent invited! its ridiculous?!?! and that may change as the wedding gets closer. its too expensive to invite people from high school that we havent seen since ... HIGH SCHOOL! lol

What the hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She's sooooooooo rudeeeeee.. WHO ASKS THIS????? Obviouisly you didn't get one because I didn't send one to you.. I'm going to see her at the baby shower on Sunday, and she has no shame, so she'll def ask me about it!

I'm like that too. I feel like I'm in the minority sometimes though with that. I think social sites make it worse too bc people are so stuck on facebook, myspace and reuniting with people. I really have no desire to keep up with anyone's life who I haven't seen or spoken to in like 10 plus years.

Re: Question..

i would say thank you if she congratulated me on the text message.
if she still keeps houding you for an answer let her know that you guys are paying for the wedding yourselves (even if you are not) and are having a limited amount of people b/c it is what you can afford

Re: Question..

yeah I wouldn't bother responding back to her. If she says something to you at the baby shower, I'd just say I If you didn't receive one, then there is a reason you never got one in the first place' and leave it like that.

Re: Question..

oh no! U almost got away with ignoring her. So you politely say, we invited close friends and family to keep the count low and in order to cut out ppl fairly, we decided not to invite anyone we haven't seen or spoken to in the last year. Do you mind passing the chips? Lol
