I am so sorry you have to deal with this. When people accept being your BM's /MOH it is a commitment. Whatever the bride wants they should be considerate and support you. Wedding planning brings out peoples true colors !! I know, because I just experienced something with a BM yesterday.

I feel your pain, I can't name names (for lurkers) but one of my bridesmaids has been very very not nice since i got engaged.
If you need to lock any of your BMs in a closet, I'll ROCK her dress for you! and I'm super organized, and NOT MEAN. lol.
but lots of hugs for you. it's really not fair that a bride should have to be hurt by her 'friends'

I'm sorry you are having drama...I can totally relate - out of my 8 BMs, it seems like only 2 of them really care about making this an amazing experience for me...
Some advice I got is that if they are this difficult now, they won't be any easier on your wedding day and you should seriously consider if it's worth the stress to keep them in your wedding party...
