I just got off the phone with management from the condo board that I have an appointment with next Tuesday and he said that the board might ask me and FH for 2-3 years of maintenance fees to hold in escrow? That is about 13,000. Has anyone every heard of this?

That is how I felt. I don't understand that at all. Maybe I heard wrong which I am really hoping I did. I will find out what they meant by next week when I meet them. I just found it very odd that management said that.
