Fh & I got a really good deal on our favors so we decided to make a donation as well. We are giving coasters as a favor & will decorate them in clear wrap with a tag with our monogram & fake leaves. I also want to tell guests about the donation but don't know what to do. My FH wants a scroll but my mom & I think it will be too much to put on the favor. Does anyone have any ideas to tell guests about our donation in another way...it doens't have to be a scroll it can be anything. Thanks in Advance.

hmm... well, we gave to the lance armstrong fund- and gave everybody a livestrong bracelet... we just tied a note to it with ribbon that explained the donation.... probably not much help, but though i'd share

We are donating to the Lance Armstrong Foundation too...but we aren't making a donation equal to the amount of guests b/c we are also giving a favor. FH wanted to give a donation & I wanted to give a favor so we are doing both b/c of the deal I got that is such a good idea though...if only I had enough braclets for everyone. Thanks

going with your fall theme, how about writing it on a leaf....or maybe you could find leaf cookies, and attach a note on the wrap....just an idea....

My sister printed out something that looked like a program and put it on the tables for the guests to read.

instead of scrolls you could do one or two per table -- something maybe you put on a little easel letting them know

We also did a favor and a donation. I made cards that sat next to the favor on the table. I originally was going to put the names on the envelopes but in the end had the card standing without an envelope so the monogram was showing.
