Question about Helens Bridal in Commack

Im going there today..am i allowed to take pictures? And does anyone have suggestions for what I should wear there? Should i wear a strapless bra? Any other tips for dress shopping would be helpful bc i have my very first appointment today at 3

My appointment is at 11!!! 5 am bringing a strapless bra, and thats about it. I dont know about the pictures though~

It is my first time trying on dresses too,, and then I am going on Monday for the shoot too.

the younger girl there ( I forget her name) let me take picts, she actually took the picts for me since I was alone. they were very nice there.

i totally wandered in there .. no appt at all.. I had an appt with Xtreme sounds and the girl Ashley let us come in and try stuff on.. we did bridesmaid dresses and I tried on 3 gowns..

I have to say she is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO nice..

I had no strapless bra.. I was totally un-prepared.. and she was sooo nice supportive and helpful.

She actually called me a week later to tell me a dress came in that had almost everything I was looking for in a dress..

She's young with curly blonde hair and as nice as she can be!!

I went there the other week and thats where i found my dress they are really nice and helpful, I didnt have an appointment either. I'm just worried about how their alterations will be... i forgot to ask!

They are great there. We used them for one of my friends weddings that I was in. My dress came in perfectly. The only thing that I needed was a hem. ( I expected that since I am only 5 ' 3' ) Most of the other girls needed next to nothing done to their dresses.

I just got back from Helen's and had a FAB time!! I will post some pics and such tonight, I am running out of the house,, it is too nice to stay on the computer!

I am getting my dress from helens! i am booked with wedding world for all my vendors too. Liz is the lady i have been working with and her daughter ( i forget her name) you really dont need an appointment but this weekend was the trunk show so i think u had to for the weekedn! i am glad you all had a good time!! cant wait to see the dress pics!! There prices are great too!!

I am getting a dress from there too! I cant believe that the first time/ first dress i tried on ended up being the one! im going to post pics in a new thread in a few!! I love it!!!!!!!!
