Question about posting pictures

I can post pictures that I scan on my picture, but when it comes to pictures that I get from online I can't.

What should I save it as? Please help I want to post pictures too

You cannot post pics saved as a bmp file, only jpg or gif. Easiest it to save bmp to hard drive then open in draw and resave as a jpg.
