Question about registries

Question about registries

I was wondering what everyone was doing with regards to registries....

I'm sure that everyone is registered at more than one store... I personally had so much fun registering at Macy's.... I went off the handle, and registered at like 3 more stores....

Anyway, are you guys duplicating what you had registered for in one store, or going completely different?

Please let me know....... Thanks!

I registered at more than one store but I didn't duplicate - that's how you end up with more than 1 of the same thing.

Re: Question about registries

For sake of your own sanity after you get the gifts, do not register for the same items at different stores. You will get duplicates of everything, and it's kind of confusing for your guests.

Try to break the registries up....you may want to register for your china/everyday dishes etc at one store, and your appliances, bedding at another...

Definitely no duplicates, I had to convince my fh of that fact but I am glad that we did not get duplicates.

I said this before, but I registered for duplicates at 2 stores because some places are just more convient for people and other ones just have better prices. I also only registered at places online so everyday I can check and change the quantities needed-it gives me something to look forward to every day. (I guess I don't need to be surprised when I get the gifts)

Re: Question about registries

that's the main reason why i did it..... anyway i agree with you, but it's still a surprise seeing who wanted to buy you what.... and how i love watching the 'NEEDS ZERO' pop up on the registries, as opposed to the numbers they were originally at.....
