question about registry

For those of your who have had a baby shower - which store do you think is better - ??
My sister registered at buy buy baby and oly about 1/2 the people went there - do you think more people know baby's r us? How about registering at both?
What has everyone's experience been?

I can't speak for myself, but as far as shopping for all my friends... I LOVE BUY BUY BABY! There are a lot more Babies R Us stores, but I really prefer BB Baby's selection.

I registered at both. Definitely more people know BRU and their on-line store is more expansive. There are just more BRU's around so it's very convenient. BBB is great though. They have such beautiful things. I had a great experience with both. I think BBB has more knowledgeable staff, which can be key. I'd recommend registering at both as long as BBB is close enough for guests to shop there. Also BBB has the stroller and car seat I wanted and BRU did not carry them BRU had the bedding I wanted and BBB did not carry it so it worked out well for me.
