Question about starfish....

This may be a really dumb question, but I was searching a shell website and one of the types of starfish were labeled a 'Natural Sugar Starfish'.....my question is, is there a type of starfish called 'sugar starfish'.....or do you think this is a fake starfish made of sugar??

I know this is dumb...but i'm thinking about putting starfish in the base of my centerpieces...but if they're sugar, they'll obviously dissolve...

TIA!!

I dont know if there is actually a starfish by that name...now if they are not made then how can they be natural?
I think im confusing myself
