ok..my SIL is staying at Hilton Garden Hotel and thats where i wanted to get ready there...do u girls think that it would be a problem bcoz i wanted my photographer to come in and take pics there!!!!!???

I think I am reading your post wrong. Are you asking if it is a problem that your sister in law is staying there or that is where you want to get ready and take pictures?
If you want to get ready in her room then no there should not be an additional fee because how would the hotel really know. As for pictures, just double check that they allow this. Some hotels do not let you take pictures in their common areas even if you are guest.
