My FH is Dave, short for David. NOBODY calls him David, but technically, it IS his name, so when putting names on favor tags, etc, do I put 'Lisa& Dave'? Or Lisa & David??
FH says Dave, but he's a guy, so I'm asking you lovlies.

my first name is Jennifer, but nobodyyyyyy calls me that...everyone calls me Jen. I'm putting 'Jennifer' on the invitations, and I might have the priest say 'Jennifer,' but that's it. Everything else will say 'Jen.'

I think you should use David.
FH's name is Nicholas, everyone calls him Nick or Nicky. But all wedding related things we are using his full name, Nicholas.

My FH is Gregory, but always goes by Greg.
I put Gregory on the invites, but on everything else (menus, favor cards, etc), we are putting Greg.

I think you should use the full name. My name is Jacquelina but everyone calls me Jackie. The day of the wedding I guess I'll be Jacquelina lol

i say put Dave on everything thats not that formal. so invites and at the ceremony David, everything else Dave, especially if thats what he feels comfortable with.

My name is Jacqueline which I put on the STDs and will put on the invites. But on the favor tags I used my shorten version, Jacquie. I think Dave would be fine but keep it formal on the invites.

FH's name is Vincenzo but goes by Vinny. He wnats his formal name to be used in formal parts of the ceremony (getting married at the hall) and for the personal stuff he will use Vinny. On our invites and napkins and such I will use VIncenzo unless he really wants Vinny on it. He hasn't mentioned it besides the ceremony so I think I'm good... I hope!

DH doesn't have a nickname or shorten his name, but I do. So I only used my full name Theresa on the invitations and for everything else-the favors, napkins, matches, they said Teri

i think u can use his nickname definitely. my fh's first name is Michael-Hayes, and the only reason we're using it on the favor stickers is because he insists. lol. he just loves how unique his name is.

Put what people call him! My name is Kristin but I prefer Kris, so I'm using that on almost everything.
FH's name is Neel but that's not his birth name at all. Everyone calls him that though, so that's what we're using.

Good question. My FH's name is David also but nobody calls him David. We're putting David on the invitations but not sure about everywhere else. I guess that really didn't help much, lol.

FH's name is Randall and NO ONE calls him that ever!! But Randall is still going on everything, except maybe the favor tags.
