Kim - we used the church organist and singer and it was beautiful. Our ceremony was performed by Father Tom, who unfortunately left St. Rose last year and went to another church on LI, but came back to do our ceremony. Let me know if you have any more questions I might be able to answer..

Father Jim Manion from St. Frances de Chantal was suppose to do our ceremony but he is going to be in France and he reccomended Father Kevin (from St. Rose), we have to get on the ball and meet w/ him. I am a little unsure about the music, I`ve been going to St. Rose since I was little (not recently) and the woman that used to sing during mass (I have to find out if she is still there) I never liked the way she sang. personally I could do w/o anyone signing and just have music playing. when are you getting married??

Kim.....
Were getting married march 22 2003, You have to pay 150 for her not to sing. I agree , i would rather have no one sing. When are you getting married? i also know there are 2 women that sing. ask them for a tape to borrow to hear the music.

Kimberlee.....
I'm getting married there June 30th. There are two singers Grace and Mary. I chose the three girls who sing at the 5:15 Mass to do the prelude of Sunrise, Sunset when parents walk down isle and The Wedding Song for the lighting of candle. Since, you are already paying for a singer, I chose Mary as I live near to her to sing Ave Maria for responsial song as I'm only having a ceremony and not a Mass.Welcome New Vendors
