that seems like a great price to me! i'm staying for a total of 10 nights at Hotel Bora Bora OWB and Moorea Intercontinental BBB and I am paying more than that...not sure how the time of year effects the price, though. i'm going in october. i'd grab it!

we are going on a cruise.....
10 nights, leaves out of papette in august and goes to moorea, bora bora, the cook islands and i think one other. it also includes our flight from McArtur to LA and then LA to Papeete.....
i think we are paying around 7,000.

there is not much to 'do' at these places, so a cruise might have the night-life you are looking for....let me know if you want more info

hope this helps!

I got a quote from LA to Tahiti for 4 days in Bora Bora and 4 in Moorea. 5 star hotels. $5700. I am not sure if its the best price, we ended up doing Hawaii in the end.

We are going on our official honeymoon to Tahitit, etc, the same cruise I think as Shea, exceot in July, on the Tahiatin Princess and it cost about 6,000 including everyhting. A cruise ,might be better there is nightlife, and all food is included. ( Except drinks and speciality restaurants on the ship. )

We actually arent interested in nightlife at all - we figured we can do that at any other time at any other island - we are going to the polynesian islands just to have quiet us time

My MIL went there last summer, and was glad for the cruise becuase there is not much to do on the Islands. I know it is a lot of beach, but that is about it. I also heard the food on the island is very expensive. We are not too much into night life either, we just like to have the option open to us. I will give a full report when I go in July.

How many nightes are you staying in Bora Bora?

4 nights in Bora Bora, They say that there really isn't much to do on the Island of Tahiti so we are skipping that - Moorea and Bora Bora are supose to be the best islands. So since you are staying more nights overall, I guess your package is good.

I think your package sounds very good... I suppose it's because of the time of year? We're going in October and I believe that is prime season... anyway we are doing 7 nights in a premium OWB at Pearl for $7500... we did NOT want to Island hop (except for tahiti b/c you have to). That includes all our airfare -- even NY -- and inter island transfers. Omg I can't WAIT!!

We got two really good ones that Liberty is including and it will save us money. the Tiki show and dinner which is very costly, we asked that they replace the dolphin feeding (since we swam w/doplphins in Mexico) with the Tiki night dinner (which is very expensive PP) and the Jeep Tour of Moorea was included.

We just picked our shore excursions so far-
Sunset champagne yacht cruise with polynesian music, swimming with the sting rays, glass bottom boat tour with local fresh fruits, tour of vanilla plantation and black pearl farm, there are also a lot of tours we picked that are Island highlights. I cannot wait to go!!! 39 more days!!!!
