Question for DIY'ers
Hi girls. I am DIYing our STDs and have a question. I printed on linen paper and am putting them on a gold folded card stock card and leaving a 1/4' border all around. What is the best way to affix the linen paper to the card stock? I figured a regular elmer's glue stick but I want to make sure it will be secure in the mail and will hold up for the months leading up to the wedding. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Question for DIY'ers - Long Island Weddings
I used glue dots on my invitations. Got them from Joann's and once I ran out I used the double sided tape and it worked great. The glue dots give you a little room for error if you need to slightly move something.

yay for glue dots!! haha @StephanieXO how did you line up the paper and make sure it had even edges? did you just eye ball each one or do you actually use something to measure the placement?

For the linen paper with the printing on it, I used a paper slicer to get an even cut and measured out the dimensions and spacing so that I would be left with an even border all around. I got two save the dates from each 8.5 x 11 paper. But as far as fastening it to the gold card stock with the .25 inch border, I am doing that all by eye
