it's great, it starts off with a little bit of meditation and then it goes into dancing which is fun, you get a great workout and it goes by fast, then at the end it has a bit of yoga/pilates moves

Have you noticed any positive changes in your figure? b/c I have 2 months left until the wedding & HM & have maybe worked out a total of 20 times since I got engeaged 1 year ago... I wish I was making that up.

Do you have to be a skilled dancer? I am the worst dancer not to mention a spaz. Will the uncoordinated be able to do this?

yeah i have lost weight but its all about consistency honestly...You need to work out at least 3x a week...when i lost 35 pounds i was working out 5-6x a week and would do at least an hour each time.

recently working out but not like i used to, still would do at least 3-4x a week, and lost weight, my hips, waist, arms, stomach...the past month my arms look alot better, too bad they didn't for my e-pics lol i notice a difference

no you should be fine, its not any advanced moves or anything like that, plus you might learn some moves...try the latin flavor that one might be easy
