Are you going to have a speaker system for the officiant so that everyone can hear them? My RH doesn't have a sound system outside so I am wondering what everyone is doing.

We're definitely having a sound sysytem for the ceremony. The DJ will actually have 3 different ones for ceremony, CH and reception. And the videograoher is putting microphones on us so you can hear the vows clearly on the video.

Our officiant requested a mic so we need to as the DJ what he will be doing

i don't think RH has a sound system but i know they provide a mic for him. I dont really want to even use it, I want everyone to speak loud I know this sounds crazy, but I dont want the mic in my pictures!!
