Question for Homeowners - Did your seller leave anything behind for your new home?

They left us a bottle of champagne and a card that said 'we hope this house brings you as much happiness as it has for us the last 30 years.' I thought that was really sweet.
I was hoping they would have left the lawn mower or patio furniture though Did your seller leave anything behind?

We inherited some garbage pails, and that's about it! Fine by us. We did buy a gorgeous oak DR table and chairs for only $250!!!
That's such a super and thoughful idea about the champagne and flowers! How nice! I'd love to do that when we sell!

aal our appliances were included inthe sale of the house- not as line items on the bill of sale..which is GREAT as they are all professional..profess stove ...nice sidebyside fridge...stackingwasher/dryer..nice dishwasher.....all light fixtures were all left for us..all window treatments left..one of which was custom made for the sliding glass doors...
but no 'surprise ' items in the attic. ...
we did pay a bit more thatn we were originally willing to go..but when we figured in the price of all the appliances...we figured it was worth it!
