Question for my Pharmacists!

Where are my lovely pharmacists? I have a question. My derm. prescribed DOXYCYCLINE DELAYED-RELEASE TABLET - ORAL ( Doryx) for acne

He told me to take it before bed but on webmd it says not to lay down right after taking it

should i take those pills ( i forget what they are called but they contain that GOOD bacteria) to prevent a yeast infection?

should i worry about my BC?

Sorry I missed the question, I was watching American Idol and studying for my oncology exam... lol
