Question For Patken Brides

So we had our e-pics done today they turned out really awesome!!! :D :D

I guess I never thought to consider that we would only be getting 1 portrait from them I thought for sure they'd put the rest on a CD for us as included in our package, but it's extra :(

I was wondering did all you girls who have your e-pics in your album purchase the CD? I guess I should have negotiated it on my contract but honestly I didn't think about it.

I really liked several of the photos but I didn't really want to spend all that money today.

How much were your CDs if you did purchase them on CD?

I'm kinda sad about this - but happy with how they came out.

we ended up just buying like 4-5 pics...i think it cost us about $80.

We bought the cd, I can't remember the exact amount but I think it was about $75.

I am not a Patken Bride, but our CD was included free with our e-shoot. I have never heard of a bride having to pay for her cd or e-pics.

Yeah pretty much my sentiments exactly - especially after the price you pay to book them... let's face it they aren't the best deal in town.

I just really liked their work - and another studio's... now I'm questioning my decision. I'm sure my photos will be beautiful for the day of though.

I bought the CD....in the long run its cheaper! You can print as many copies as you want.

I wish the CD was included too. We did not buy it. I do love the pictures but couldn't really think of anything I would do with them. We have the one framed. I think that is enough.

We didn't buy the cd either, I felt they were charging waaaaaay too much for it! I'm happy with the one we picked. I didn't love all the ones taken...especially the 'serious face' pose , that one was actually hysterically bad!!!

OMG I thought so too!! HAHA There is one where my eyes look really good but I look pissed off and FH was making fun of me saying 'I hate the world, I don't want to be here, I don't want to get married, I hate you' hahaha it was so funny.

They take the camera and download them onto the computer - do some quick touch ups and add effects w/color etc and then show them to you - it takes like 10 min. It's really cool.

Then once you chose they print it out for you to take home!

after you take your pics they load them onto their computer and you view the slideshow on there.

2010 crasher here...

So this is kinda what gets me a bit disturbed about Patken...all the things I would have never even thought of adding to my contract becuase I feel like it is common things are the things I feel like I'm getting screwed on!!

Who would have though you weren't getting a CD of all the pictures? Other photgraphers give hundreds of proofs....

Let me tell you...I will throw a **** fit before I leave there without my CD
