I relocated here to NYC to be with my FH. I am in the process of trying to find a job as a teachers assisant to work with special needs children. I have over 2 years of experience. Would anyone know of any schools,private schools or associations that are hiring. I am also currently working on my associates degree.

North Bellmore may still be looking for a TA with teacher certification. Not sure if they found someone though. You could still mail it to them and see what becomes of it! Also, I heard, a week or two ago, that Bellmore-Merrick CHSD was looking for a sp. ed. teacher for the HS. You might want to send one their way too! Good Luck!
