On the day of your wedding, how many people gave you actual wrapped gifts? Is a gift table necessary?
Were the gifts bought off your registry??

Re: Question for the married ladies regarding gifts
None. I didn't even have a gift table. Just the card box on a pedestal, but everyone at mine was from the tri-state area....and the ones that don't currently live here were from here. It's really going to depend on your guests though. If you have alot of non-new yorkers who you know are not used or comfortable giving cash at wedding, you may get more 'gifts', so I would set up a table for that.....only you know your guests really.....

hmmm I don't know...maybe people will still order off the registry but just have it sent? We've already gotten 2 wedding gifts off our registry that were ordered and mailed....do you have a lot of guests who would bring actual gifts?

Re: Question for the married ladies regarding gifts
I got a couple gifts. The bridal attendant put them right in the bridal suite. My card box sat on the gift table.

Re: Question for the married ladies regarding gifts
My wedding hasn't happened yet, but we have had gifts sent to the house already. Most people generally send the gift before or right after.

Re: Question for the married ladies regarding gifts
I think we got 4 or 5 gifts at the wedding, honestly I'm not sure where they were put the whole night but they were there at the end of the night thats all that mattered.
