I am doing my own centerpieces and was wondering if any of you know if they will help set them up for me or if i have to have one of my friends do it. Thanks!
I am not 100% on this one, as my wedding is still a year away, but I believe that they do set up everything you leave for them to set up.
Yes they will help you set up alot! Tealights, petals, vases, favors etc. They even offered to assemble crystal candelabras for me! You can drop off everything the night before-maybe even a few days before. The only thing they wont do is really elaborate floral arrangements-like a job for a florist should do! Hope that helps ;)
I was told that they do set up everything for you as well. I was too nervous to chance that so I hired a DOC (Cheeky Glam) to make set up my centerpieces and make sure things run smoothly.
I'm getting married at Westbury Manor next year and was thinking of getting a DOC but they told me you get a party planner with dazzling moments. Do anyone knows what they would be doing or should I get a DOC?

I met with dazzeling moments on saturday and was very unimpressed. They handed me of folder of vendors that westbury reccomends and thats about it. I asked whts her role was and she said if we want to use her, her services are $1000 for a day of coordinator...I find this rediculous. Dazzeling moments did not dazzel me away, especially with her price.

Thank you for telling me. I wonder why WM tell you that you have a party planner and they want to charge you for the service. That's crazy.

I wasnt impressed with Dazzling Events either. And thats just outrageous $1000 for her services. I am very, very, very happy with Cheeky Glam. Such honest, hard working women who really care about you and your special day!!
One more thing, you should probably give them a picture of exactly how you want your centerpiece. I've heard that helps

The reason I was a little stressed was I did meet with someone from Dazzling Moments a few months ago and asked her this question and she said that she didn't think that they do this. Weird they wouldn't know what is going on especially when they work with Westbury Manor, unless she wanted me to hire them to handle. idk? But again, thanks so much ladies!!

I'm going to get prices for Cheeky Glam and a Modern Day Affair they seem to be reasonable compared to dazzling moments. I still wonder why WM told me they will be my party planners if it's additional. I wonder if DM will be at WM showcase next month. Im suppose to meet dazzling moments next month.

Westbury Manor will set up anything you leave them on your last meeting before your wedding. As for the DOC it really depends on your party size mine is only 130 people so I knew that I don't need one since they already provide a bridal attendant and the maitre'd to help, so why pay extra?

I'm now glad that I canceled my appt with dazzling moments, I have a lot of my vendors booked already so I figured going to them would have been a waste of time! I am also thinking about using cheeky glam being that I hear so many good things about them. If someone can fm a quote they received from cheeky glam I will truly apperciate it!

Not sure if they do tastings there unless you go to there restaurant.. but at the bridal expo there suppose to have some of there food/ treats nothing to much....but if they do tastings I would also love to know
