My mom met his dad the same weekend I met him! We all met at a convention we were working at.
His parents live in Missouri and mine are in New York so his mom met my parents about 1.5 years after we started dating when she flew to NY to have Thanksgiving with my parents. His father and siblings met the rest of my family about 6 months after we were engaged...my parents had an engagement dinner/party for the families to offically meet.
