I can't think of anything bad FH got me, but an old boyfriend got me this ceramic purple metallic dolphin incense burning thing for my b-day. My friend told him I liked candles, so he decided on the big purple dolphin?!?!?

Once i got remote start for my car, and all I really wanted was jewelry or clothes, I was so mad. It wasn't the least bit romantic! Well let me tell you, once winter rolled around, I was REALLY glad to be able to warm my car up from inside!

This thread is so hysterical!!! I really had to think back to what FH has given me over the years. There has been some really nice stuff, but one I can never get over...a lamp...yes, you read that right. I had complained that the lighting stunk in my bedroom when I was trying to study so he bought me one of those cheap stick lamps with the three lights attached that you can angle in all directions. I give him credit, it worked and now it is in our apartment. I just didn't know how to respond when I opened it excepting something, um..different. He loves giving practical gifts

Ha no one can top this...an old BF gave me for my birthday a 'OSCAR THE GROUCH PURSE'!!! Like not a purse with Oscar on it..an actually purse the shape of a trash can and when u open the zipper oscar came out..I was 21 or so...I have no idea how he thought i'd like it ( I was into t o coach)..it wasnt even a gag gift ..he like swore I would love it
